Switzerland will grow by 1.5 to 2.43 million people over the next 25 years. That drives a massive increase in housing demand, which in turn requires higher construction productivity and faster permitting.

The old-age ratio will rise to 46.5% over the next 25 years, giving Switzerland an additional 2 million (total 4.85 million) retirees. That requires accessibility upgrades in the existing stock and drives a disproportionate rise in demand for single-person households.

Sustainability you can measure
We calculate the CO2 emissions of every building we construct. Then we plant trees that absorb the same amount of CO2 over the next 50 years — offsetting the emissions of the building’s first life cycle.
